On the heels of a successful 5-city tour in 2011, The Food Experiments, the nation’s leading cook-off organization, is back with a 16-city National Tour sponsored by Brooklyn Brewery. The fourth stop, The Carolina Pork Experiment, will be April 15 at Motorco Music Hall from noon – 3pm. Local amateur chefs will prepare and serve samples of their unique creations incorporating pork to the food enthusiasts and celebrity judges. To beer, pork, and the pursuit of culinary glory!
Anyone can compete! Anyone can attend! And anyone can win! Sharpen your knives, America! This is a call to all amateur chefs looking to be named the next cook-off king or queen of the Carolinas. (info provided by the food experiment)
